Hi, my name is Irina and I am a Certified Life Coach based in Toronto. My holistic approach brings clarity, direction, and positive support for my clients. I help them to live their best life, by filling the gap between where they are now, and where they want to be.
I bring with me more than a lifetime of personal growth and experience from many work settings and operate from a place of honesty, vulnerability and integrity.
I assist my clients to thrive in all aspects of their life by unlocking their ability to identify strengths, define their goals and reach their full potential needed to perform in their personal and professional lives. By partnering together we are able to co-create and craft a custom coaching experience leading to robust and lasting transformations.
